1. About IndoTune
IndoTune lets you discover third-party internet radio stations, listen to broadcasts, browse programme schedules and save preferences. We, us and our refer to Sandeep Deshpande, the developer. No IndoTune account is required. The current app does not operate a developer-hosted account, listening-history or analytics service.

2. Information on your device
IndoTune stores favourite station identifiers, up to 20 recently selected distinct stations, the last remembered station, app language, filters, theme, text size, playback and network preferences in Android app-private storage. Favourites remain until removed or cleared. Older recent stations are replaced as new stations are selected, and the list can be cleared in settings. The remembered station is replaced by a later selection or erased when app data is cleared; disabling the preference does not itself erase the stored identifier. Preferences remain until changed or app data is erased.
Programme schedules and fetch dates are cached per station and replaced when refreshed. Persistent cache entries may remain until app data is erased. Search terms filter the local directory; they are not sent to a developer search server or kept as persistent search history. Android may temporarily retain screen state. We do not upload saved favourites, recent stations or settings to a developer-operated server. Android backup is separate, as described below.

3. Radio and programme connections
Playing a station connects your device to the station service and its delivery infrastructure. Fetching a programme schedule connects to an external schedule service. Schedule requests may occur when a remembered station is restored, even before pressing Play. Enabled autoplay or reconnect settings can initiate requests automatically. Background playback continues using the network.
These services receive your public IP address, requested stream or schedule address, request times, connection information and potentially HTTP headers such as a player user-agent. Requests can reveal which station you select. Providers may infer approximate location from an IP address; IndoTune does not request Android location permission or send GPS coordinates.
Current endpoints include Prasar Bharati radio and schedule services (radio.wavespb.com and cuesheets.prasarbharati.org), BitGravity and CloudFront delivery hosts, and streaming services at StreamingPulse, Zeno.fm, StreamTheWorld, Radiojar and Streamerr. The services contacted depend on your station. Redirects, playlists and audio segments may use additional delivery hosts.
These requests deliver audio and programme information. IndoTune does not append advertising identifiers or your stored favourites/history. Providers may keep access logs and process information under their own policies. We do not control their retention or deletion systems and cannot specify a single retention period for all broadcasters. Contact us for help identifying a station provider.

4. Device access and advertising
The current app has no integrated advertising, behavioural analytics or third-party crash-reporting SDK. It does not request the Android Advertising ID, contacts, SMS, camera, microphone, location or access to personal files. It does not record your microphone or save radio recordings; audio is buffered temporarily for playback.
Internet and network-state access support streams, schedules and network preferences. Audio-settings access supports volume controls. A wake lock and media-playback foreground service support playback with the screen off or while another app is open. System media controls and connected audio devices may show station titles and playback status, including on the lock screen. Pause using the app or system media controls.
The Wi-Fi/Ethernet-only setting restricts audio playback; it does not guarantee that every schedule request avoids mobile data. We do not sell personal information or use local preferences to build advertising profiles. Broadcasts may contain advertisements or sponsored content from stations, whose practices may differ from ours.

5. Sharing and Android backups
When you choose Share / export station links, the app prepares public directory information such as station names, states, languages, genres and stream URLs, not your favourites, recent listening list or settings. You select the recipient through Android. The recipient handles the information under its own practices.
Android backup is enabled. Depending on your device, Android version and backup settings, preferences and databases may be backed up or transferred to another device and restored after reinstalling or changing phones. Your backup provider controls backup storage and deletion. Clearing app data or uninstalling may not immediately remove backup copies; manage them through your device backup settings and provider instructions.

6. Retention, deletion and your choices
Remove individual favourites, clear all favourites or clear recent stations in IndoTune settings. To erase all local preferences and databases, use Android Settings > Apps > IndoTune > Storage > Clear storage/data. Labels vary by device. Uninstalling normally removes local app storage, subject to Android keep-data, backup and restore features.
There is no IndoTune account to delete. We cannot remotely access or erase local-only data on your device. Clearing local data does not erase stream-provider logs or backup copies. Use the relevant provider controls or contact us for help identifying a provider.
When you email us, we receive your email address, message and attachments. Gmail hosts our contact mailbox and processes correspondence to provide email services. We use correspondence to answer requests and resolve issues. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
We retain correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to resolve requests, handle related follow-up or meet applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion; we will assess the request and explain any applicable retention requirement. Email-provider backups and retention depend on that provider.
For access, correction or deletion of information we hold, or privacy concerns, email sandeepdeshpandeofficial@gmail.com. Rights depend on applicable law. We may require proportionate verification before disclosing or deleting information.

7. Security and processing locations
The app uses Android private storage and HTTPS/TLS for permitted network connections; the current configuration does not enable cleartext network traffic. These protections do not make connections anonymous. No storage or transmission method guarantees absolute security. Streaming, delivery, backup, email and website-hosting services may process information outside your country; locations and safeguards depend on the service. We do not operate a central IndoTune listening-history database.

8. Children and radio content
The current app does not ask for age or provide child profiles. Independent station broadcasts may not be suitable for every age group. Parents and guardians should supervise station choices where appropriate. Contact us if you believe a child has sent personal information to our support address so we can review and address the request.

9. This policy webpage
This policy describes IndoTune, not all services offered elsewhere on sandeepdata.com. The page is hosted through Hostinger. Visiting sends ordinary web-request information, such as IP address, requested page and browser headers, to the hosting infrastructure to deliver and secure the page. Infrastructure logging and retention are managed by the hosting provider. Website-wide features, cookies or integrations may operate separately from the Android app. Choosing an email link opens your email app; no message is sent until you send it.

10. Changes and contact
We will update this policy when features or information-handling practices change and revise the effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice, in-app disclosure or obtain consent before new processing begins. Continued use is not a substitute for affirmative consent where required.
